'A picture is worth a thousand words'. Cliché? Certainly, but no less true. In this light, I see a beautiful challenge for myself to transform those thousand words into captivating images that you simply must read.
An idea, a situation, different forms, other eyes, all elements that need to be considered to create the best visual story. And that 'consideration' sometimes takes just 1/125 of a second, and sometimes a bit longer...
For more than 35 years, I have been creating images. Starting from youthful curiosity, oceans of time have gone into producing photographs, sketches, graphic designs, and all kinds of digital illustrations. With an idea as a starting point, a journey through inspirations, techniques, skills, and experiences to translate it into a satisfying visual end result. Delightful to be engaged in, (almost) every time again ;)
